Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a hot commodity - and we’ve got it! We source our grapes from tiny, sustainably-farmed vineyards and remain committed to the Napa designation at a time when so many wineries are sourcing from outside the Valley.
SANNA is an expression of all we love about Napa, a healthy and active life in the beauty of nature, farm-to-table fresh food, and the conviviality of the table. Our meticulously hand-crafted, cold-fermented Sauvignon Blanc captures a wide array of volatile aromatics and luscious flavors, with lower alcohol and zero residual sugar.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is wine of balance, freshness, purity, precision & complexity, perfect as a lifestyle wine or savored with a special meal. Only seventy-five cases were bottled in 2022 from 100% Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc grapes, following a cold fermentation in stainless steel, with primary fermentation finishing around 4 weeks and no residual sugar.
Fragrant nose of citrus blossom, lime leaf & star jasmine. Luscious flavors of pineapple, stone fruits, creamy honeydew melon, & Meyer lemon zest, in a polished and refined style with plenty of juicy acidity. Complex finish of melon and clove spice.
Hedonic, yet also elegant. Nice viscosity and weight in a low-alcohol wine. A triumphant expression of the varietal, poetic, & evocative of springtime terroir. Sustainably farmed. 100% dry. ALC 12.5%.

“The 2021 SANNA Sauvignon Blanc is medium to deep straw in color; the aromatics are immediately inviting and show notes of honeysuckle, citrus blossom, yellow pineapple, guava and jasmine. This wine is true to the variety and a cooler weather site; both characteristics showing because the grapes for this wine were not allowed to overly ripen at the time of harvest. The palate offers flavors of grapefruit, kiwi, lemon/lime, green apple and some grassy notes. Its texture is rounded from start to finish; leaves a lingering mouthwatering brightness of acidity which begs another sip.”

Palest greenish-gold in color, near colorless, this wine smells of candied green apple and gooseberries. In the mouth, green apple, lime, cut grass, and a touch of grapefruit have a nice brisk brightness thanks to excellent acidity. Fresh and juicy. 13.8% alcohol. Score: 8.5 – 9.”
