We cold ferment slowly in stainless steel for a month, then finish in stainless tanks, so that you can taste the purest expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape in a wine.

Fragrant nose of citrus blossom, lime leaf, and star jasmine. Fresh fruit flavors of honeydew melon and Meyer lemon zest, in a polished and refined style with plenty of juicy acidity.
